We begin with the identification of the hiring need by the client or the internal team.
The requirements of the position are prioritized, including the required technical skills set, the Cultural Fit, the available budget and other specific aspects.
An active search for potential candidates is carried out using various sources such as LinkedIn, internal databases and references.
Profile quality is prioritized and candidates are filtered based on their technical skills, relevant experience, cultural fit and remuneration.
Selected candidates are contacted for an initial interview, where their technical skills and cultural fit with the company are evaluated.
During this stage, salary expectations and other details of the offer such as project, contracting modality, benefits, etc. are updated.
Candidates who pass the initial interview are presented to the hiring manager for further review.
Technical aspects related to technology and experience in projects that may have similarities are evaluated. Depending on the case, technical challenges can be sent
If the candidate passes the technical interview, an interview with the client is scheduled to confirm the candidate's suitability.
During this stage it is verified that there is cultural alignment between both parties.
